Role: Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser
Location: Belfast to cover clinics in the surrounding area
Hours: Full time/part time to include weekend work
Experience level: For this role you will need to be a qualified Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser

We're looking for an Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our team in Belfast Hearcare.
 
We run clinics at our store in Belfast which we call the 'hub' store, and in a lot of the Specsavers stores in Northern Ireland; we call these our 'spoke stores'. Each member of our team covers only a few of the locations which where possible, we base around when someone lives and mileage can be claimed for travel.

The Team and Director
We have a large hearcare team in Belfast Hearcare! The team is made up of 5 Hearing Aid Dispenser, 2 Hearcare Assistants, 1 Trainee Hearcare Assistant and a Hearcare Manager. The Director, Gemma, has been at Specsavers for 15 years! She started as an Optical Assistant before progressing to be a Dispensing Optician and Store Manager. She then decided to start her hearcare journey and trained as a Hearcare Assistant, then a Hearing Aid Dispenser and became a Hearcare Director in November 2020.

About you:
You must be registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). We are more than happy to consider newly qualfiied Audiologists/Hearing Aid Dispensers and help you kick start your journey in Audiology!
