Role              Part time Domiciliary Optical Assistant 
Area             Cumbria Region Whitehaven, Workington, Penrith, Keswick
Status           Permanent role, 2 or 3 days per week.  Standard hours are Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (flexibility required)
Salary and benefits     Salary is £20k per annum  pro rata plus a company car and bonus scheme

 

Applicants with previous optical experience need only apply and you must be a confident driver and have a full and clean driving licence.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable Optical Assistant in the beautiful Cumbria Area to join our expanding domiciliary team in Specsavers Home Visits. 

As a Domiciliary Optical Assistant, you’ll ensure the delivery of a high, quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings.  You must have high standards of dispensing and customer care, in short, you will make sure every customer gets has a great experience with us.

Other Requirements
This is role is deemed to be regulated activity under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.  An enhanced DBS and barring list check will be required prior to commencement of the role and repeated every 3 years.
