Office Manager: We are now looking for a well-driven and motivated Office Manager for the London 8 (Wembley) Domiciliary Business.

 

Role: Office Manager (Optical)
Location: Wembley (HA9)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Salary range: £22-25k plus bonus scheme

 

This role would suit someone from an optical background, who is perhaps in retail and has supervisory or management experience looking for the next step in their career. The Partners, Preetam and Deepa would also welcome applications from those without optical experience.

 

In this role you will oversee the daily operations of the domiciliary business. This involves the planning and scheduling of clinics across the region. You will be taking and making calls to our customers so you must have excellent customer care skills, partner this with a "can do" attitude as you will be dealing with a very varied patient base, some with complex needs. You will have the ability to multi task, one minute you are on the phone and the next you are packing glasses to be delivered and fitted by one of the field based Optical Assistants. There is never a dull moment!
