Summary: 

An exciting and progressive opportunity for an enthusiastic and Qualified Hearcare Clinical Assistant has arisen with the Specsavers Group. This role will see you step up into a management position within the audiology department, enabling you to simultaneously offer a high standard of clinical care whilst also ensuring the strategic needs of the clinic are met so the business can grow, just like you.  

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Management;  

  • Leading a team of professionals, ensuring that clinical excellence is adhered to.  

  • Organising your teams’ schedules, collating, and managing diaries so clinics can operate.  

  • Working alongside the Directors to develop strategies to increase business levels. 

  • Motivating and guiding your team to surpass store targets and see to it that customer satisfaction levels are exceeded  

Clinical;  

  • Perform hearcare screening tests and make adjustments to hearing aids. 

  • Understand and apply NHS practices and procedures as appropriate. 

  • Provide customers with information on how to wear and care for hearing aids 

  • Explore customer needs thoroughly, and approach customers to offer assistance 

 

About You:  

  • You must be a qualified Hearcare Clinical Assistant.  

  • A passion and determination to aid in your team’s success.  

  • An ability to navigate and handle different situations within a clinical and business remit.  

  • A desire to improve your own skills and product knowledge.
