Position: Administrator / Scheduler
Location: Livingston (Eurocentral)
Full time: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: More than NMW

On offer is the chance to join a dynamic role with no weekends where you will be further developed and challenged.
In this role, the successful candidate would plan clinics and schedules for the clinical teams as well as planning the deliveries of goods back to patients. You will complete patient updates as well as taking calls from customers and care home clients. This needs real attention to detail, to be able to work at pace and also posses excellent administration skills that will be used to assist the smooth day to day running of the business.
