Location: Barry
Full Time - Working between Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: £19,500 per annum
In this role, the successful candidate would plan clinics and schedules for the clinical teams as we as the deliveries of optical prescriptions to customers. you will complete of NHS paperwork as well as taking calls from customers and care home clients. This needs real attention to detail, to be able to work at pace and also posses excellent administration skills that will be used to assist the smooth day to day running of the business. You must be PC literate and have an excellent telephone manner. You must be able to communicate with customers at all levels and have a can do attitude.
This role would ideally suit either an optical assistant looking to get off the shop floor or a candidate with experience with planning routes/ deliveries for a busy business.
