We're expanding our support teams and are looking to hire IT Helpdesk Analysts / IT Service Desk Analysts of all levels of experience to join our Technology team based in Whiteley, Fareham. Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent IT support to staff in store, off site and in our offices. You will receive all kinds of queries from customers either online, by phone or through online chat and will assess the problem before following it through either resolution or escalation to our specialist teams. You'll take full ownership of the problem and ensuring they're updated on progress if it's not a quick fix.

 

There's lots of support and mentoring as you learn the role but ideally, in order to be successful you will have:

• Worked in a similar IT support environment or within a customer service role where you’ve supported customers remotely
• Have a keen interest in technology - maybe even just the 'go to' for friends and family.
• The ability to communicate well with customers, managing priorities from start to finish and have a helpful attitude towards understanding issues and finding solutions
