It is up to you and your team to bring our brand to life and creating a high achieving environment that delivers an experience that creates a great customer experience. You will spend most of your day getting to know your customers, delivering a personalised and trusted eye test experience, helping them get the right eyecare solutions for their needs. Joining our management team, you will also support shaping our success through analysing and interpreting your P&L and KPIs to determine where the areas of opportunities lie.

For this role, you will need to be a GOC/CORU registered optometrist with a passion for providing a unique customer experience and a desire to manage one of our stores.
