What you’ll be doing day to day.
You will need to be a fully qualified GOC registered Optometrist with additional registration with the relevant NHS body, but in addition to this we’re looking for really inspiring people, with a friendly professional personality. Boots Opticians Billericay are looking for a friendly and passionate Optometrist to join our team. The store is well established with a loyal customer base and would be looking for the successful candidate to work on Sundays and Mondays.
You will have fantastic support from an experienced store and area leader and a great team of people to work with every day, supporting our loyal patient base.
Billericay is a town in the Borough of Basildon, Essex. The location is just 25 miles east of Central London. Public travel links are great, Billericay station takes residents from London Liverpool Street or Southend Victoria. The former journey takes just 30 minutes. Billericay is well connected by road. To the north is the A12, which connects to Colchester in the north east and Romford to the south. The A127 is also convenient towards the south of the town. It can be used to reach Romford or travel to Southend on the coast. Other key roads include the A176, which links Billericay to Basildon, and the A129, which connects it to Brentford and Wickford.
