A new opportunity has become available for an ambitious Optometrist to join a high-end, independent practice in the Cleethorpes area.

The successful candidate will be forward thinking, eager to learn new skills, clinically focused and have the ability to build rapport with patients to provide the best patient care possible.

The practice has recently merged with another local independent where they have experienced high demand for their services with further scope for growth.

Working hours:

• Full or part-time position working 3-5 days a week, which can be flexible to you
• 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Saturday, however this can be a mid-week only role with no weekend working
• Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays
• Using paperless patient management systems and state of the art equipment

The Company continuously invest in cutting edge technology to ensure they can provide the most up to date screening including:

• OCT
• Slit Lamp
• Humphrey VFA
• Paperless patient management system

Key Duties

The practice places an emphasis on their patient care and do not hard push sales, accruing an excellent reputation in the meantime in the local area.

Furthermore the practice marketing and products attract more affluent patients, allowing a less sales driven, pressure free environment

The practice has been refurbished within the last 6 months, with new equipment and a modern aesthetic.

The Directors are very experienced optical professionals who drive clinical performance and development with all employees in the practice

Package and Benefits

• Market leading basic salary between 50,000 - 60,000+ (Depending on experience)
• 40-minute testing times enabling exceptional high-quality patient care
• GOC fees and insurance paid for by the practice
• Opportunity for a Monday-Friday only with no weekend work
• Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, 33 in total
