Admin - Call Centre - Optical Assistant - £20K
This role will suit someone that would like to assist in other departments, use their knowledge to help when patients call the store - booking appointment, buying solutions for their Contact Lens, discussing their health care, you will be the first point of contact, being helpful, cheerful, listening, all part of making sure the the best help is at hand!
You may have worked in a Call Centre before, with no Optical experience, that's fine, we will teach you, on the job training, in the midst of it all, with people there to help ease you in.
Every day brings variety, you will work in a busy environment - juggling a lot of balls, keeping on top of everything, while being polite, sometimes that's hard as difficult situations do arise from time to time, but that's what will set you apart from the rest - your confidence, prioritising and making sure you do your best every day!
