Do you enjoy creating a unique experience for your customers? We are looking for a customer services advisor to join our Customer Service contact centre. If you don’t have previous optical experience, not to worry as we can provide you with all the training and support that you need to be successful.

Previous optical experience is not needed to join our customer services team, however previous experience in a customer facing role with a passion for creating a unique customer experience is beneficial.
