Previous optical experience isn’t required for this role, the focus here is to create joy in vision for our colleagues and customers, working closely with your store manager to create an environment that provides an expert and trusted eyecare experience.

Previous optical experience is not needed to join our retail team, however previous experience of managing teams in a customer facing environment, with a passion for creating a personalised experience is preferential.
