We have an exciting new opening in our Resourcing team at Specsavers. The Resourcing Partner will be a specialist role as part of the People and Organisation function. The team's overall mission is to provide Specsavers stores with the most talented and diverse candidates, internally and externally, in the shortest time frames, whilst providing exceptional customer service.

 

This can be a home based role or can alternatively work out of Launceston or Southampton offices if commutable.

The Resourcing Partner will be responsible for the delivery of stores talent growth programmes, through provision of a quality driven, candidate-centric recruitment service for all Specsavers businesses represented across the UK, Channel Islands and Ireland.

This role will have an emphasis on diverse recruitment and sourcing methodologies and technology to open routes for talent to enter the business within the optics, audiology, and domiciliary industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Hiring our vacancies across retail stores, optics, audiology, and domiciliary.
  • Own the full cycle recruiting process including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
  • Work directly with our stores and hiring managers and stakeholders to bring the best candidates to the pipelines
  • Contribute to the development of interview, on-boarding and training processes
  • Build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace

What you’ll be:

  • Agency or relevant In-House experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates and the interview team throughout the hiring process
  • Results driven with proven experience recruiting
  • Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands
  • Love for problem solving: work with data to make strategic and tactical decisions
  • A natural in attracting candidates through creative methods...
