Optometrist Role

My client owns one of the most prestigious, boutiques in London with patronage from some of the most famous influencers in the world.
They offer the most unique and varied range of frames including Dita, Thom Browne, Chrome Hearts, Dior, Lindberg, Horn, Garrett Leight, Gucci, as well as the highest quality lenses.

This is a three to four-day, permanent position working in a luxury optical boutique in a prime Central London location. They are one of the oldest and most established practices in London and as such offer their clientele a service second to none.
They are recruiting an experienced Optometrist to enhance their team of ultimate professionals due to continued growth and customer demand.

Responsibilities of the Optometrist

You will offer eye tests to highest standards, bearing in mind you will be looking at 2 to 8 tests per day. You need to be open to being out in the front during tests to work with the rest of the team. Your handovers must be of the highest standard and recommendations be on point. You will have a strong knowledge of all types of lenses is a must as well as an eye for fashion.

Requirements of the Optometrist

To apply for this position you need to be a fully qualified, GOC registered dispensing optician with a minimum of five years’ experience.
You will have an eye for fashion and optical fashion in particular and a passion for customer service. You will be well-spoken and well-presented, fitting in with the ethos and image of the practice. You must be an effective communicator with a flair for sales and a strong personal work ethic.

Did I mention it is Tuesday to Friday only!
Working hours are Tuesday – 10am-6:30pm, Wednesday – 10am-6:45pm, Thursday – 10am-6:45pm Friday – 10am-6:30pm.

Compensation for the Optometrist

On offer is a very competitive salary of circa £65,000.
