This modern practice with all the latest equipment is looking to add an Optometrist to their team on either a full-time or part-time permanent basis. If you want to join a successful, supportive, and friendly team then please apply.
This practice is very well established and situated on a busy high street in an affluent area of Lancashire. This company offers a comprehensive sight test using the latest modern equipment in a bright and clean test room. They can be flexible on test time from 30min with a rolling clinic. This role would suit a newly qualified Optometrist who is looking to gain exposure to a wide variety of patient bases or an experienced Optometrist with the skills and experience to deal with complex and interesting cases.
Responsibilities of the Optometrist
In this role, you will provide excellence in clinical care to your patients and work as part of a large team but close-knit team. You will be responsible for providing eye tests, contact lens fitting, aftercare advice, maintaining accurate patient records and keeping up to date with product and professional knowledge. You will be on hand to answer any difficult questions and share your clinical knowledge with patients and the team.
Requirements of the Optometrist
To apply for this position you will need to be a fully qualified Optometrist who is GOC registered and up to date with all CET requirements. You will be hardworking who is passionate about customer service and patient care. You will have a successful career to date and be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills, knowledge, and expertise in your specialist field.
