As a Technical Specialist for Learning and Recruitment Systems, you will be an expertin the technical support for Learning systems.Your primary focus will be the UK Retail LMS – Kallidus and the Global Support Office LMS - SuccessFactors. In addition, you may over time obtain responsibility for providing technical support for the SuccessFactors Recruiting module.You will work alongside the Global Product Manager (Talent Systems) and the wider Product Management team to lead on most 2nd line technical queries and when needed, be able to help deliver continuous improvements across the portfolio of solutions.
To be successful
You will have 3+ years experience in a system management role ideally within the Learning or Recruiting space (system administrator, system manager, technical specialist). With excellent IT skills and in-depth knowledge of Learning or Recruiting systems. You will have an inquisitive mindset and be naturally curious and keen to get to the root of the problems. Advanced O365 capabilities specifically in Excel is essential.
