Working with a 20-member Scheduling Team, you'llbe responsible for arranging optical appointments directly with our customers, making sure we are maintaining efficient schedules for our professional team that work across the UK.

As first point of contact for our professional team you'll build a strong rapport with each of them, as its all about working and achieving our goal together as one team.

Our gold standard level of customer service is to offer a one-call resolution to each and every customer.

This role will enhance your customer service experience and offer you an opportunity to work with our bespoke mapping, car tracking software, working closely with clinical staff in a supportive role, being organised and able to multitask.

The role will involve communicating with both customers and clinical staff through a number of different channels.

This role would suit someone who enjoys the buzz of a busy call Centre, who also has a caring side and wants to help the nations elderly see and hear better, improving their overall quality of life.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with the ability to speak clearly and concisely to people who may be hard of hearing or not used to the telephone.

Being organised and able to multitask with experience of using several different systems at the same time would be advantageous.
