Position      Clinical Triage/Admin Assistant

Hours          Full time (Need to be able to work weekendse)

 

Looking for something new and a varied role?

 

We are looking for someone who is Customer Focused. Great customer skills are essential for this role.

 

What the role involves:

  • Clinical triage of all appointments booked to assess remote or face to face consultation.
  • To ensure all customers visiting the store are aware of our Covid safety measures. 
  • Be the first point of contact for incoming calls to our call centre
  • Administrative duties including checking emails, advising on status of orders, ordering store consumables, preparing orders to be sent via DX and ensuring NHS submissions are accurate before claiming.
