The area of Lancaster:
Visit Lancaster’s castle and museums to uncover the city’s ancient stories hidden in its walls and buildings, and find out more about the people who shaped its history.
Stroll the meandering towpaths of the canal or along St George’s Quay, marvelling at the Georgian architecture which lines the banks of the River Lune. Just situated off the M6 motorway, so an easy commute.

 

The store:
Working in a large Specsavers store with 8 test rooms; you will work as part of a team of Optometrists ideally on a full time basis, however they will also consider part time candidates. Our store are looking for a newly qualified or experienced Optometrist and are able to offer a variety of training and development opportunities to include; Pathway JVP, ILM Management courses, Pre reg supervision and in the future other clinical specialisms. The store can also offer the following perks for the right candidate; medical and dental, bonus, GOC fees paid, 33 days holiday, pension and a potential relocation package.


What you’ll need:


•    You’ll need to be registered with the General Optical Council as a fully qualified optometrist
•    And be on track to meet the statutory points requirement for Continued Education & Training (CET)
