Customer Service Assistant
Salary: Competitive basic dependent on experience
Working hours: Full Time (Weekend work is essential)
Experience level: experience in Customer Service would be beneficial

This role supports the operation of the store by providing customers with an effective telephony service both for incoming queries and proactive outgoing communications.
With these challenging and ever changing times this role is critical to the success and efficient running of the store, supporting customers with appointment bookings, up front calls ahead of a customers planned visit and providing excellent levels of service to ensure the customers know what to expect when arriving for their appointment.
Key aspects in this role;
- Efficiently answer all calls to the store
- Advise customers of current promotions across the store including Contact Lenses and Audiology
- Appointment management
- Drive agreed KPIs
- Problem solving
- Support all aspects of the store operation as directed by Store Management team.
