Optical Area Manager roles and Optical Sales positions in Scotland. Zest sales recruitment are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for a full time vacancy to join one of our clients UK Optical teams. In this role, covering Scotland you will become a leading brand advocate, delivering the highest level of product and selling skills training to optical stores, and driving volume and share growth for their product.

Key to your success will be the ability to build and leverage relationships with company partners whilst maintaining an understanding of current marketplace opportunities and activities. Training and education will be integral in this role as you will provide training to eye care professionals and at functions as required by the business. You will be required to provide outstanding territory management skills to maximize customer contact across the region.

To be successful you must possess the ability to deliver a message in a dynamic and inspirational manner in both formal and informal situations. You will be a highly driven professional, confident in building relationships, developing sales and motivating their business partners.

Ideally you will be an optical professional with sales experience have exceptional time management and territory management skills and be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service. In return you will be offered a salary up to £30,000 plus bonuses and package details.
