Optical sales jobs in the West Midlands. Zest Optical Sales Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established optical lens manufacturer who are seeking to recruit Area Sales Managers for a full time vacancy to cover the West Midlands. Our client is internationally recognised as a market leader with high end products that are sold via high street optical retailers. You will carry a range of spectacle lens products and through logical and pragmatic territory management will orchestrate growth in your given area.

You will plan and generate direct sales activities to maintain and develop the sales of lens products to independent Opticians and Optical laboratories through the effective management of accounts and development of a healthy contact database via cold calls and appointments.

This role provides an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional looking to develop a career within a well established optical company. You must be able to demonstrate a strong employment history with natural career progression within the optical industry coupled with the ability to highlight and draw upon key career achievements. It is essential that applicants possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable working in a results driven market. Consequently, key personality traits such as tenacity, determination and a willingness to use ones own initiative is highly desired.
