Experienced Practice Manager, Hearing Care, Monday to Friday  – Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
 
An Experienced Practice Manager is required for a well-established, independent Hearing Care practice based within the Cambridge area,  you will be working Monday to Friday   The practice prides itself on offering a very professional service to their patients' so are looking for someone who is well motivated, a keen team player, have excellent customer service skills and general experience of running a practice on a day to day basis.  Experience with the Hearing Care sector is preferable but will consider candidates who have worked within other healthcare sectors, such as the Optical industry.
 
Skills required;
Able to manage a team of 10 staff
Work within guidelines; policies and procedures
Run an efficient professional clinic
Excellent customer service skills
Adaptive and well-motivated
 
The role;
Managing a team of 10
Administrative duties
Able to deliver an excellent service to patients
Motivate and offer good support to the team
Keep up to date with new services, policies and procedures
 
Working hours;
Monday to Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
