Do you have previous financial administration experience? We’re looking for a property and store development administrator to join our team. Our property and store development team support our estate of almost 600 stores, our store support centre sand retail fulfilment hub. We’ll look to you to provide financial administrative support for our team.


What can you expect from the role?


As the property and store development administrator, we’ll look to you to provide all administrative support to the team. The beauty of this role is no two days are ever the same. From supporting key projects issuing purchase orders with our external contractors and suppliers, supporting with account processes and reconciliations, to supporting with administration support in line with our rollout and small works programmes, there is plenty to learn!


Building relationships with our suppliers and contractors whilst managing stakeholders internally is key to your success. About you


To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience of working in an office environment, ideally with experience of accounting or construction projects. It’s an added bonus if you’ve also used SAP before!


Due to the nature and pace of the role, you’ll have good working knowledge with Microsoft Excel and be highly organised with good attention to detail. You’ll also have previous experience of building relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally.
