Role: Domiciliary Administrator / Optical Assistant

Area: Ideally this role would suit someone living in Derry, Belfast or Portrush

Status: Permanent role, Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (flexibility required)

Salary aSalary: B        Salary is: £20k per annum


You must be a confident driver and have a full and clean driving licence.


We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, friendly and reliable Optical Administrator /Optical Assistant in the West of Northern Ireland area to join our expanding domiciliary team in Specsavers Home Visits.


As a Domiciliary Administrator / Optical Assistant, you’ll ensure the delivery of a high, quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings.  You will be taking and making calls to patients and care homes to book and plan patients sight tests, you will also be doing NHS submissions, organising the delivery of glasses ready to be fitted for patients as well as liaising with the field based team to ensure everything is running smoothly.  As this is a split role, it would be amazing if you also had optical / dispensing experience as well as excellent customer care expeirnece as you’ll make sure every customer gets has a great experience with us.  If you do not have dispensing skills but have worked in optics, please still apply as we would love to train the right candidate.
