Assistant Manager Position
This a brand new position due to expansion of the present business and would require working between two very busy and well-established practices in South West London.
This role is working with two very busy practice teams, where no two days are the same.
They are both in prime London locations and despite the size of the teams and practices, they are great working environments with very supportive senior management teams and owners.
The Directors are all about succession planning for their team and actively encourage progression to professional courses if wanting to do.
You will be playing a key role in ensuring that the excellent reputation that this practice has built is maintained.
Requirements of the Assistant Manager
To apply for this position you will need to have optical experience ideally as a supervisor/team leader or feel you have what it takes to step up to the responsibility. You will be customer-focused and passionate about what you do. You will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. This is a long-term opportunity.
Compensation for the Assistant Manager
On offer for your efforts is a basic salary of up to £23,000 a generous bonus of approximately £3,000 and 28 days of annual leave.
