IT Service Desk Analyst

Do you enjoy winning together? We are looking for an IT helpdesk analyst to join our IT team. In this exciting role you will be helping to support stores with their IT queries across our estate of almost 600 stores.
What can you expect from the role?
This opportunity will see you become our single point of contact for our store estate providing a service for resolution, including advice and problem diagnosis. Using your knowledge and experience, you will get involved in carrying out system builds as well as, configuring, shipping, and installing new equipment. We will also look to you to analyse, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to our colleagues across the business.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience within a similar role, in IT and helpdesk capacity. Experience with customer service and VOIP telephone systems would also be beneficial.
Due to the nature of the role, we are looking for someone who has a collaborative style and demonstrates initiative and creativity in their approach to finding solutions in a fast paced environment.
