Job Details
A stylish independent Opticians in Central Birmingham in are looking for a full time Dispensing Optician to join the team. This is a very niche, high end Opticians stocking a variety of bespoke and luxury frames.
Dispensing Optician - The Role
- Bespoke independent Opticians
- Working with eyewear brands not often seen on the highstreet - MYKITA, Maui Jim, Lindberg
- Dispensing high quality frames and lenses depending on lifestyle, fashion and budget.
- Spending time with each patient to understand personal requirements.
- Working closely with the director to actively drive the business forward
- Dealing with complex patient queries
- Providing outstanding levels of customer service
- Working in a team a small team of 2-3 people
- Stock management and stock selection
- Attending trade shows and meeting reps
- Marketing
- Full time role including Saturdays - 10am to 6pm
- Salary between £25,000 to £30,000 plus bonus
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
- Profressional fees covered
Dispensing Optician - The Person
- Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
- Interest in Optical fashion and the latest trends
- Able to make sure the practice runs smoothly
