Role: Domiciliary Optical Assistant
Area: Cardiff / Caerphilly/ Newport & Gwent Regions
Status Permanent role, Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (flexibility required)
Salary and benefits: Salary is up to £20k per annum, plus a company car and generous bonus scheme

Applicants with previous optical experience need only apply and you must be a confident driver and have a full and clean driving licence.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable Optical Assistant in the Cardiff / Caerphilly / Newport / Gwent and surrounding areas to join our expanding domiciliary team in Specsavers Home Visits.

 

As a Domiciliary Optical Assistant, you’ll ensure the delivery of a high, quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings. You must have high standards of dispensing and customer care, in short, you will make sure every customer gets has a great experience with us. Working alongside the Directors Amy and Katie, you are sure to be supported in your journey with the home visits team as well as being enabled to learn new skills and develop your clinical skills.

Other Requirements

 

This is role is deemed to be regulated activity under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. An enhanced DBS and barring list check will be required prior to commencement of the role and repeated every 3 years.
