The Role

As a Senior Test Manager at Specsavers, you will be accountable for and own all test and assurance activities on one or more projects or programmes. Managing multiple test teams, often over a variety of locations (onshore and offshore) to ensure effective execution of the quality processes and visibility to all senior stakeholders through delivery.

 

You will drive improvements, education, and adoption of key processes through delivery. Providing key inputs to enhancing QA and Testing processes, helping to drive efficiencies from within.

 

To be successful

You will be an experienced Test Manager with proven experience working within Digital teams in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. You will also have experience working with technical data within a DevOps Environment. Experience working with and leading multiple resource models including domestic, offshore, onshore and multi-country teams.

 

It would be highly desirable if you have experience with test management tools, ideally JIRA & qTest along with experience in the delivery of retail applications
