This Accounts Manager role is with a market-leading hearing aid manufacturer and is perfect for someone who has experience in a healthcare or public sector sales role and is looking for an interesting new challenge with a forward-thinking company.

Here are the details:

  • Achieve a starting salary of £34,000 to £38,000, plus a sales bonus worth up to an additional 30% of your base salary (meaning a potential take-home of £49,000)
  • The primary purpose of this role is to generate sales income and provide profitable management of customer accounts within the UK Retail sales key accounts customer base across the east corner of the UK
  • You’ll provide an overall account management service to Retail Key Account customers and achieve agreed personal targets in line with company targets and Key Performance Indicators and maximise sales opportunities with all customers and pro-actively develop new business opportunities with existing accounts
  • Pro-actively target prospective new accounts and build closer relationships between the Company, its existing customers and prospective customers
  • Develop & maintain marketing plans for retail customers, working closely with the Marketing Department
  • This Accounts Manager role covers the east corner of the UK - from Portsmouth to Colchester on the coast and up to Hemel Hempstead inland

  • A sales management qualification (though we’re still happy if you’re currently working towards one)
  • Ability to understand and explain technical product information
  • Higher level educational qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare, public sector sales role or similar
  • Demonstrable skills in Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Business Acumen, Self Management and Sales Strategy
