A well-established independent Opticians based in Leeds, West Yorkshire are looking for a full time Optical Assistant to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
The practice has been offering a professional and personal eye care service for over 20 years to the local community, and has developed an outstanding reputation with patients of all ages.
Optical Assistant - The Role
- Managing reception
- Ensuring clincal standards are met
- Meeting and greeting patient
- Booking appointments
- Pre-screening
- Making adjustments
- Collections
- Dealing with complex patient queries
- Providing outstanding levels of customer service
- Working in a friendly team of 4-5 people
- Working Monday to Friday, from9am to 5.15pm
- Salary between £18,000 t0 £21,000
