This family-run, independent group of opticians realise that everyone is different and so they get to know their patients as individuals to understand and provide the best solutions for their lifestyle.
It’s the same for their family members.
This optician is a place to grow and develop as an individual, with ambition encouraged and opportunities on offer. They pride themselves on having a strong internal culture that is focussed on building a strong team, one of care and inclusivity.
They continue to grow as a business and as an essential healthcare provider, it is vital that they continue to care for both clients and the team throughout this challenging time.
Currently the group has over 20 practices in their portfolio and is continually growing.
The company has one driving ambition, which is to help our customers get the most out of life by supporting their vision and their hearing.
They have made a success of the business for two reasons: the way they treat customers, and the way they treat their own staff. By providing a great working environment, and rewards worth having, they create an atmosphere where people enjoy their work, feel empowered, and can build lasting customer relationships
The work environment and what to expect;
Whilst adhering to traditional business values, this optician has a young leadership team that invests heavily in the latest technology and training. Most importantly, they are independent – and because they are agile, they can implement new ideas quickly and easily. The managing director knows all the staff personally and sits down for a chat with each staff member once a quarter.
If you’re interested in joining this independent group of opticians, you’ll need to have the same high standards as they do. Every last detail counts, from taking customers’ coats at the door to the exceptionally thorough eye and hearing care examinations.
