To further support our teams of excellent Optometrists across the East of the UK, in 2021 we have introduced exciting new roles into our business: Clinical Engagement Managers – who will ensure our Optometrists receive the very best clinical support available.
 
As Clinical Engagement Manager, you will play an influential role in the development of our Optometry teams in your division. Working closely with the Head of Clinical Engagement and Divisional General Manager, you will implement a strategy to provide the very best possible environment for clinical engagement, retention and development – which will in turn support our collective passion for Optometry. 
 
In your new role, you will take ownership of your Division – visiting stores across the division to work on their individual clinical development plans. You will support stores and Optometrists to embed processes which will improve outcomes for customers as well as increase efficiency and the use of new technologies.
 
You will be a highly experienced GOC registered Optometrist (preferably with additional qualifications and experience in delivering enhanced services), and someone who is engaging and passionate about clinical expertise. Leading, influencing and motivating groups will come naturally to you and it’s likely you will have retail optical experience in either a Lead Optometrist, manager or training position.
 
If you are a strong networker who enjoys designing, delivering and facilitating training/presentations to large audiences (face to face and virtual), has retail management experience is committed to exceptional customer service you will thrive in this role.
