Role : Optometrists Assistant
Area:  South West Wales region
Status Permanent role : Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm (flexibility required)

Salary : Meets NMW plus a company car
 

You must be a confident driver and have a full and clean driving licence.

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, friendly and reliable Optometrists Assistant living in the Caerphilly area to join our expanding domiciliary team in Specsavers Home Visits.

 

In this role, you will ensure the delivery of a high, quality professional services to patients in their own homes and in some care home settings. You will drive the Optomertrist to and from different patients homes across the Cardiff / Gwent and surrounding areas.  You will set up the equipment and pack up when clinics are completed.  You must have high standards of  customer care, in short, you will make sure your partnering Optometrist gets to each patient on time to ensure our clinics run on time and provide an excellent patient experience.  Working alongside the Directors Amy and Katie, you are sure to be supported in your journey with the home visits team as well as being enabled to learn new skills and develop your clinical skills.

Other Requirements

 

This is role is deemed to be regulated activity under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. An enhanced DBS and barring list check will be required prior to commencement of the role and repeated every 3 years.
