Job Details
An award winning independent Opticians based in central London are looking to recruit a full time Dispensing Optician into the team.
Based in an exclusive area of central London, this practice has developed an excellent reputation for offering specialist services, as well as a range unique eyewear.
Dispensing Optician - Role
- Modern, high end boutique practice
- Focus on quality and customer service
- Access to high end brands from all over the world - SALT, MYKITA, Tom Davies, Tom Ford etc
- Input into frame selection
- Working alongside another experienced Dispensing Optician
- Paperless practice
- Accounts with most lens suppliers - Mainly Essilor and Nikon
- Assisting with glazing in the onsite lab
- Hands on in all areas of the practice including reception
- Full or part time role to include most Saturdays
- Typical working hours from 9am to 6pm with one late evening a week (11am to 5pm on a Sat)
- Basic salary between £25,000 to £35,000
Dispensing Optician - Requirements
- Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
- Independent experience with exposure to a broad range of frames and lenses
- Passionate about eyewear and styling
- Flair for fashion
- Pulse on the market
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Team player
- Attention to detail
