A new practice in York is going from strength to strength after a successful first 18months and they are now looking to add a second resident Optometrist. You must be willing to work a Sunday instead of a Saturday.
Optometrist PositionThis practice is going from strength to strength and is looking to add a second full-time Optometrist to work closely with the experienced Manager and a small team of Optical Assistants. This company offers a comprehensive sight test using the latest modern equipment in a bright and clean test room. Offering 30min test time, along with OCT
Responsibilities of the OptometristIn this role, you will provide excellence in clinical care to your patients and work as part of a small team. You will be responsible for providing eye tests, aftercare advice, maintaining accurate patient records, and keeping up to date with product and professional knowledge offering your expert opinion, and making recommendations. You will be on hand to answer any difficult questions and share your clinical knowledge with patients and the team.
Requirements of the OptometristTo apply for this position, you will need to be a fully qualified Optometrist who is GOC registered and up to date with all CET requirements. You will be hard-working and passionate about customer service and patient care. You will have a successful career to date and be able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills, knowledge, and expertise in your specialist field.
