Are you passionate about delivering powerful insights? As the research support manager at Vision Express, you will lead on a variety of exciting projects that provide key insights around our brand and customer vision.

What can you expect from the role?

There is no better time to join us as we embark on our exciting journey through our brand relaunch. We will look to you to provide brand research which will support our growth and understanding our perception in the market.

 

If you enjoy achieving more then this is the role for you. Working closely with stakeholders across the business you will get involved in the full research process, from brief through to producing the outcomes of your findings. Creating joy in vision for our customers is our key focus. That is why tracking trends through our customer net promotor score (NPS) will find our successes and opportunities, allowing you to create recommendations for the business using both qualitative and quantitative methods.

About you

Enthusiasm is key along with strong experience in quantitative research methods.  It would be great if you have experience in the retail sector. But more importantly, we’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, an analytical mindset and some previous experience working with a Qualtrics related platform.

 

You will be passionate about customer experience and working with your team and the wider business you will make sure that we are creating joy in vision for our customers at every point in our customer journey.
