The key here is to deliver a personalised experience, helping our candidates through their recruitment journey.

It is up to you to bring our brand to life in every interaction you have. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, from raising a vacancy to seeing a candidate through their onboarding, making sure we are creating joy for our candidates and hiring managers throughout their experience.

Everyone here gets involved in shaping our success and the beauty of this role is you will be supporting our teams across the country to hire future game changers into store manager and assistant store manager roles. We will look to you to provide insights and advice on the candidate market, including salary benchmarking and creating an environment where the candidate experience is at the forefront of each touchpoint.

About you

For this role, we are looking for someone with previous experience of working in a talent acquisition team. Candidate attraction and engagement is important to us. Therefore, you will have both a passion and experience in this area.

To be successful, you will be someone that isn’t reliant on direct applicants to fill roles but focusses on sourcing great candidates and building future talent pools.  To support shaping our success we love natural curiosity which brings fresh ideas.

Due to the fast-paced nature of retail recruitment, you will have the ability to manage your workload effectively, have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a positive attitude to make sure our candidates are put at the heart of everything we do.
