Personal Assistant – 12 Month FTC

As a Personal assistant to our Technology Directors at Specsavers you will be predominantly managing the secretarial and administrative requirements of the Directors, in a professional, confidential, and efficient manner.

 

In addition, to support when required, the senior Technology leadership team with some administrative duties and cover for other Technology PA’s.

 

To be successful

The successful candidate will have had previous experience within a PA role and also be able to maintain confidentiality at all times. They will be highly organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail and experience in general administration. The postholder will also be expected to meet tight deadlines.

Essential Skills

  • Experienced user of 0365 ie Onedrive, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines
