Position Call Centre/Admin Assistant
Hours Full time 40HRS. (Need to be flexible)
Looking for something new and a varied role?
We are looking for someone who is Customer Focused.
Great customer skills and Optical experience are essential for this role.
What the role involves:
- Clinical triage of all appointments booked to assess remote or face to face consultation.
- To ensure all customers visiting the store are aware of our Covid safety measures.
- Be the first point of contact for incoming calls to our call centre
- Administrative duties including checking emails, advising on status of orders, ordering store consumables, preparing orders to be sent via DX and ensuring NHS submissions are accurate before claiming.
