Admin Assistant

 

Location: Clitheroe (New Store Opening June)

Salary: Competitive basic dependent on experience

Working hours: Full time  (Weekend work is essential)

Experience level: Previous experience in Administration required

Additional Information: Brand New directors with real passion and drive are opening the store and are looking for experienced optical assistants who share their passion for optics and want to help opening a brand new Specsavers store. 

 

 

Job role: 

  • Answer incoming calls, book appointments (Hearcare (Cycle), EOS/MECS (Triage forms), Sight Tests and Contact lenses (CLSP)).
  • Respond to incoming enquiries from emails/telephone calls.
  • Unpacking stock deliveries and preparing stock to be re-dispatched for glazing.
  • Ordering stock lenses/frames via computer system (LOP).
  • Reconciling NHS portal with Specsavers Computer System (EGOS and Socrates).
  • Scanning important/private & confidential documents (DiPS). 
  • Daily cash management ('Back Office' on Socrates)

As an Admin Assistant, you’ll make sure every customer gets a great experience when they come into our store. The role involves optical administration, answering calls and transferring to the relevant person ensuring the best customer service, minimal waiting times, optical experience is essential due to the level of queries you will have.

We’ll continue to develop and expand your knowledge of vision problems, eyecare and our products You’ve already demonstrated that you’re a natural when it comes to customer care, you’re articulate, good with people with an organised approach and always happy to help, so you’ll fit right in as a valuable member of our friendly store team, joining a business that’s going places.
