Role: Recruitment Resourcer

Location: Flexible working between office and home

Hours: Full time Mon-Fri

As part of in-house recruitment and people team, the Recruitment Resourcer will play an integral part in UK wide attraction and retention of clinical and support staff throughout the UK. You must be able to think creatively to attract, engage and secure new talent to join the business.  Your ability to demonstrate your relationship and engagement skills will be key in an ever-increasing passive and competitive candidate market.

Collectively we will help patients to See Better and Live Better.

 

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage talent pool databases to engage with passive candidates
  • Prioritise candidate management to offer the best possible candidate experience in a passive market
  • Build relationships and support hiring managers across the business
  • Working to and positively contributing to our company culture and value
  • Mange on-line job portals to advertise and recruit all vacancies
  • Amend and create new adverts to attract the best talent to the busines
  • Support Social Media campaigns to raise brand awareness and assist with candidate attraction
  • Utilise external CV databases and headhunting platforms to identify potential talent
  • Extensive use of in- house ATS system, ICIMS, to identify potential recruits and build talent pipeline
  • Conduct telephone interviews to assess suitability of candidates
  • Coordinate and support interviews with hiring managers through to offer stage
  • Update our inhouse ATS with all candidate communication and data
  • Ensure all candidate recruitment requirements and recruitment processes are kept up to date and in-line with legislative requirements
  • Actively support any retention and attrition strategy when required
  • Participate in other tasks and small projects to support colleagues within the People team when requirement
  • Support the Recruitment Manager in achieving the planned Recruitment Strategy for the business
  • Experience of recruitment and selection processes in an in-house or agency capacity. Optics experience would be advantageous however not essential.
  • Proven track record of success in a niche and passive market
  • Determination to succeed and passion for attracting the best talent in the market
  • Self-motivated, driven with the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in using an ATS, particularly iCIMS would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of recruitment legislative requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast moving and pressurised environment
