This role will focus on new business development as well as maintaining excellent relationships with our existing care home partners and customers to ensure we are delivering the quality and value of service expected. Feedback will be used to develop our service offering and maximise the potential of our existing business.  

 

In this COVID_19 environment the role will be home based with client contact via the telephone, email and any other electronic customer interface.

 

The role will play a key part of our retention and new business strategy and act as an initial point of contact for all service, relationship and contract queries, working as part of our Commercial team to maximise Care Home relationships and retention as we regrow the business.

 

Our retention and new business strategy is in its early days of development, as such we expect this position and its requirements to evolve as the business grows under the new hub and spoke model.

This role provides a good opportunity for the individual to add considerable value to our purpose and to make the role their own.

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our care home partners and customer base.
  • Review the touchpoints of our client journey to ensure we are delivering outstanding customer service and expected value.
  • In partnership with marketing, ensure we are sending relevant and personalised communications that enhance the client experience and maximise the opportunity for dialogue.
  • In partnership with the Commercial team, proactively look for opportunities to improve and maximise the potential of our existing business.
  • Assist in the development of the retention and new business strategy in line with Visioncall s five-year plan.
  • Manage and analyse the prospect database using Salesforce
Responsibilities

  • Liaise with existing care home partners/customers to proactively manage our existing client base, ensuring we are delivering on expectations and providing a value service.
  • Identify and onboard new business through pro active management of our prospects database.
  • Gather vital feedback and key business information which can be used to improve and drive our service offering. Develop methodologies to capture the voice of the customer.
  • Help develop the innovation of the customer relationship and retention strategy
  • Working with our care home partners, review ways to maximise the opportunity to develop our existing business base and generate efficiencies.
  • Review the touchpoints of our client journey to identify ways to enhance the client/customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with our care home partners/customers, becoming the initial point of contact for contract/service queries.
  • Problem solve any client concerns/complaints regarding contracts or services.
  • Work in conjunction with Marketing to tailor communications to our care home partners/customers, ensuring messaging is relevant and enhances their partnership with us.
  • Utilise data obtained to build and update our retention strategy as well as build and implement client SLA s for our services.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients as required.
  • Demonstrate the company values in your attitude and actions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proven sales track record
  • Prior experience of health care or optical industry desirable
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with a diverse audience
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills
  • Desire to drive continual improvement
  • Ability to use a range of Microsoft packages to a competent standard
  • Prior experience of account management or a sales back ground
  • Prior experience of health care or optical industry desirable
  • Database management and analysis experience desirable
