Property Administrator

We’re looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join our team in our Store Support Office based in Ruddington, Nottingham. Reporting into our Property Administration Manager you will provide support to the wider Property team at Vision Express.

You will pay specific focus to providing administrative support to the office and field based team of Estate Managers, monitor and schedule rates appeals, maintaining and updating required information. As well as, assisting with reconciliation of Service Charge Budgets and arrange payments inline with approvals.

You will be tasked with preparation of quarterly and monthly rent payment schedule and maintenance of sublet portfolio.

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in an office based property administrative role and experience working with a Property Database such as MRI Horizon.

You will have the ability to manage your workload effectively, be process driven and pay specific attention to detail and have excellent communication and relationship building skills.
