As a result of this ambition and success, Crompton Opticians are now looking for a Dispensing Optician Practice Manager to help take the team to new heights.

Requirement

As a practice with an impressive local reputation, Crompton Opticians are looking for a passionate, ABDO qualified individual, with bags of management experience to join the team.

You will be responsible for dispensing, clinic management, training, and driving team performance. However, a huge part of your role here will be to develop and maintain fantastic relationships with patients from the local community.

The team here have succeeded by taking a personal, individual, and caring approach, so it’s vital that you are passionate about exceeding patient expectations.
