Position Admin/Customer Service Assistant
Hours Full Time (will include weekend work)
Looking for something new and a varied role?
We are looking for an Experienced, Customer Focused Customer Service/Admin Assistant.
Optical experience is essential for this role.
- You will assist in the operation of the store to achieve sales targets and the delivery of excellent levels of customer service through the efficient answering of the telephone,
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Managing Admin
- Appropriate direction of enquiries.
- You will be in charge of ordering Contact Lens

- Customers have their calls answered in a prompt, clear and friendly manner, and their needs are satisfied.
- Appointment bookings are managed so that maximum numbers of customers are seen.
