Optometry jobs at Specsavers
Optometrist, Seaham, Co. Durham

Specsavers in Seaham have the opportunity to expand their current clinical team for an enthusiastic optometrist. The stores ethos is based around community and loyalty, where the current directors opened the store 12 years ago, and 4 of the staff have been there just as long. This brings with it the benefits of a team that is well attuned to the community, the store and are extremely knowledgeable.

The atmosphere in store has also persuaded optometrists who were locums at the store to stay on as employees. One of the main reasons behind this is the flexibility available to them. Eric and Mark are firm believers in fairness, and understand how important finding the balance between work and life outside the testing room can be. Alongside this is a fundamental belief that a desire to develop will always be supported, one of the stores current pre-regs was supported through their fast-track Optometry course with Bradford university.
