Practice Manager

Background

Orrell Opticians is a bustling, high-end independent practice, stocking the latest designer frames (Silhouette, Maui Jim, Joules, Ray-Ban etc.) and prides itself on providing a bespoke service to local patients who keep coming back for more.

As the practice continues to go from strength-to-strength, there is now a need for a Practice Manager to join the team and help drive Orrell Opticians to the next stage on their journey of growth.

Requirement

Orrell Opticians are on the lookout for an experienced Practice Manager with confident leadership skills and a keen commercial eye.

The incoming candidate will be responsible for clinic management, overseeing the customer journey, driving staff KPI’s and ensuring that the practice reaches its full potential.

Also, key to this role will be your ability to develop relationships with the patients that come into the practice, many of whom are on first-name terms with existing staff and choose to come to Orrell Opticians because of the personalised service on offer.
